Bede Safety Consultants Limited was set up in 2021 by Neil Lennox when he retired as Head of Safety & Insurance of the Sainsbury’s Group. Having spent 30 years in a range of Blue Chip businesses from Chemicals and Aviation to Utilities and Retail he is well placed to understand how to make safety part of the culture of an organisation and, having led the safety team in Sainsbury’s through the COVID-19 Pandemic, has great experience of business continuity and crisis planning. Managing safety across multi-site operations means that you need to manage and use data effectively to try to identify how best to use limited resources. Having developed an industry leading “risk mapping” tool within Sainsbury’s we are well placed to support you in understanding how to get the best information from your data as well.
